1) Celebration of Gratitude and Hope May 12th 10:00am-2:00pm: Please join us for our annual end of the year Mass and lunch with Bishop Olmsted. Please register by May 9th Online Registration Pictures!!! We are still in need of pictures of this year’s activities. Please send them to rhanning@diocesephoenix.org ASAP 2) New Diocesan Website Launched: The new website is now live and is being updated. Access to the Department of Family Catechesis will continue through www.familycatechesisphx.org which will also be updated later this month. Thanks for your patience while we work out the bugs. 3) Meeting the Needs Formation Day Follow-Up: Resources from the day are linked to our Disabilities Webpage and copies of handouts, books and DVD’s are available in my office. Please continue to discern how best you can reach out to families of those with disabilities in your parish. 4) Youth Leader Gathering June 14th: Hosted at the National Life Teen Training Conference in Scottsdale. Mass w/ Bishop Olmsted, Keynote w/ Mother Assumpta O.P., and a special lunch and gathering for Diocese of Phoenix Youth Leaders. RSVP to Ryan by June 9th Invite Letter Agenda 5) National Catechetical Leader’s Survey: We have been selected to participate in a national survey conducted by St. Meinrad’s Seminary. Please complete the 15 minute survey between May 3rd & May 20th. Online Survey 6) Beatification of John Paul II May 1st: New website and Iphone App let you watch the Beatification in real time. www.pope2you.net 7) There be Dragons May 6th: A new movie on the life of St. Josemaria Escriva is being launched nationwide on May 6th.
